Shipping Locations
Project Loot Co. ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days before being shipped.
• Preorders require additional production time of up to 4 weeks before shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping options via USPS:
• USPS Ground Advantage ($5.25) – Arrives 2-5 business days after processing.
• USPS Priority Mail ($9.35) – Arrives 1-3 business days after processing.
For preorder items, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after production is completed.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping rates are flat-rate based:
• USPS Ground Advantage: $5.25
• USPS Priority Mail: $9.35
• Free shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipments, allowing customers to monitor their order’s progress.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at projectlootco.help@gmail.com for assistance.
• Note: We do not offer shipping insurance at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within two weeks of delivery.
• If your order is returned due to an undeliverable address, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
Processing times may be extended during peak shopping seasons due to high order volumes.
